Yoga is for mind and body . It is an ancient art that connects both mind and body. It was originated in India.The meditation that we do in Yoga is one of the most relaxing thing that makes us relax. Meditation makes a person relaxed also it releases stress and all. During the ancient times so many people from different religion like Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainisim practice it regularly. It makes man calm.The main important benefit of doing Yoga in today's life is that it makes a man relaxed from this unhealthy ,stressful life.
Self discipline, confidence, strength,self awareness- these are the main important benefits one can acquire through this. It makes a person enthusiastic in their life. Age does not matter in this . Anyone can practice this irrespective of their age. It has so many benefits and it makes a person healthy.
